We are back!!!!

Aloha my PCC Ohana! 

How sweet it is to be up and running again! After being closed for ten long months, our goal has always been to start out strong and judging by guest comments thus far, we have done just that! We will be sure to let you know how we are doing as more customer feedback becomes available. 

I was delighted to receive several rave reviews from current and former employees who attended Saturday’s performance, but I especially enjoyed learning of a young couple who used an employee’s tickets to attend that day. They were not only delighted and amazed by what they saw, they were overcome by what they felt. In sharing her feelings about Ha: Breath of Life, the young women added there is something very special about this place and this show and the people. She ended by saying they look forward to returning again and again. Isn’t that wonderful? That is what “radiating the spirit” and “wowing the customer” looks like to me! 

As happy as we should all be with our reopening, we must remain vigilant in protecting our ohana and guests against the COVID-19 virus which continues to spread in the mainland. Yes, there is a vaccine now but many people will not receive it until the second and third quarters of this year. So with the safety of our guests and ohana being our top priority, we have decided to delay reopening the rest of the PCC until April 26, 2021.
