New websites for Hukilau Marketplace and Pounders Restaurant plus the Center now offers an online educational experience!

We get all kine stuffs. Check’em out!

Don’t mean to toot our own horn, but we are really proud to introduce some exciting online upgrades for the Polynesian Cultural Center. The first is a remarkable new educational lander, constructed in under one month in order to provide Polynesian centered history, hands-on crafts, recipes, video links and so much more. We also have a redo of the Hukilau Marketplace (hukilaumarketplace.com) site. Also, take a look at our expanded site for Pounder’s Restaurant. Finally, it may seem quite small, but our new CHAT box on polynesia.com is an exciting achievement!

Let’s take a look, shall we?

Plato once said “Necessity is the mother of invention”. The Marketing Department has taken that motto to heart. From an online meeting came a spark of an idea. Now, the Polynesian Cultural Center’s educational lander provides our online guests with a number of activities, historical overviews, recipes, how-to videos, entertainment and so much more. For instance, our Jr. Guides program will soon be added.

We’re also working on an exclusive online keiki experience for MasterCard Priceless Experience that will include a brand new coloring book and storyteller video and the educational lander was mentioned in the latest blog from SmarterTravel.com.

One Ohana, sharing Aloha!

The power of teamwork

It is through the amazing skills and dedication of our student workers that we are able to achieve these milestones. We’d like to thank Ephraim Tacuban, Seth Villalon, Minghan Lin and Ayana Fukushima.
