Governor of Hawaii recognizes the Polynesian Cultural Center’s COVID-19 Safety Procedures

On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, the Polynesian Cultural Center was honored to greet Hawaii Governor David Ige, members of their staff, security, and the State United Recovery & Resilience Facilitation (SURRF). The purpose of their visit was to conduct an economic recovery site review of the steps taken by the Center to assure a safe reopening and ‘gathering in action’ plan as we prepared for reopening.
