Finding lost articles and a phone # update for Guest Services
Submitted by: Simi Mapu Jr., Guest Services Department
Aloha PCC Ohana,
In the past several days, we’ve had a few guests call or come over to the Guest Services Office (now located at the Hale Ku’ai) looking for items they had misplaced. In searching for them, they were told by employees at the different venues that the items were turned in to Lost & Found, but unfortunately, no such items were ever turned in.
I just wanted to send out a reminder to encourage all of us to please turn in lost or misplaced items to either the Customer Service Booth at the Hukilau Marketplace next to the Ticketing Office or to our main Guest Services Office at the Hale Ku’ai as soon as your responsibilities allow you to do so. (Both locations close at 7:30 pm during the Soft Opening. When we resume full operations, the CSB will return to closing at 9:30 pm.) Lost items should not be kept in your work areas overnight. This will allow us to return these items to worried and anxious guests as soon as possible. Mahalo family!
Also, please note that as part of our office move from the Admin Bldg to Hale Ku’ai, our previous office numbers are no longer in use:
33044, 33032, 33025, 33114, 33082, 33086, 33003
You can reach us from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm at the following numbers:
(808) 782-5841. Guest Services Office at Hale Ku’ai.
(808) 371-8832. Ambassador Tours.
(808) 293-3009. Customer Service Booth at the Hukilau Marketplace (ext. 33009 from a PCC landline).
You can also reach us via email at guides@jp-staging.polynesia.com or our full-time team at guidesadmin@jp-staging.polynesia.com . Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
Fa’afetai tele lava,
