The people of the Polynesian Islands have always recognized the importance of eating fresh. Most nutrients fade within the first 24 hours, but our produce is harvested fresh from local farms and our own gardens. Our chefs frequent the Honolulu Fish Auction where they hand select only the best for our Ohana. Over 80% of seafood served in the United States is imported but our seafood gets their start from the oceans that surround Hawaii.
